Friday
​
Your hotel rooms should be available by 4pm. Newport is a quaint little town with lots to do. If you can get there early we highly recommend it. If you require an earlier room, like Thursday or a later stay, like Monday, please let us know and we will secure your room at the group rate. Friday night we would like to welcome you at the Hotel's rooftop bar. See you then.
Saturday
Transportation to the venue will depart the Hotel Viking at 10:30am sharp. The wedding ceremony begins at 11:30am followed immediately by the reception. Following the reception, transport will be waiting to bring you back to the hotel for the after party. Food and Drinks will flow throughout the day and into the night.
Sunday
Sit-down brunch will be served at the Ocean Cliff at 9:30am. We would like the opportunity to say thanks for making our weekend so memorable and special. This is our way of doing just that. Why not drive home with full bellies.
